- Lead and support regulatory compliance programs, processes, and initiatives for federal and provincial pipeline regulations
- Liaise with regulatory agencies and coordinate inspections, audits, information requests, and compliance communications
- Provide regulatory compliance guidance and subject matter expertise to operations, projects, business development initiatives, and special projects
- Develop compliance awareness programs and provide training to leadership and frontline employees
- Coordinate and manage Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) activities, including tracking, reporting, and continuous improvement
- Support incident reporting, investigations, and emergency response activities, including Incident Command System participation as needed
- Prepare compliance reports and maintain regulatory documentation
- Support internal assessments to ensure ongoing compliance and operational excellence

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 6 years of related regulatory compliance, pipeline operations, or regulatory affairs experience; equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered
- Solid knowledge of federal and provincial pipeline regulations, CSA Z662, and applicable industry standards
- Experience communicating and building relationships with regulators, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
- Ability to advise operational and business leaders on compliance matters and regulatory requirements
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills




- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prepare reports, deliver training, and present recommendations clearly
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and other business systems
- Up to 25% travel
- Final candidates may be required to undergo security screening, including a criminal records check
