Directive Consulting is seeking an Associate Director, Revenue Operations to lead and scale the RevOps practice. You’ll partner with the Director to guide a team of RevOps Strategists, manage complex client engagements, and stay hands-on in Salesforce, Pardot, and HubSpot environments.

You’ll balance leadership with technical execution, translating insights for executive stakeholders and driving high-quality outcomes in a remote-first setup that may include Canada, Mexico, and the UK.
