Responsibilities Measure, cut and sew all types of nylon slings in accordance with the order form Apply the necessary accessories to the slings (ex: labels, tags, etc.) Inspect slings before shipping them Participate in the training of new employees Carry out the inventory Maintain sewing machines Assume the same responsibilities and activities as day laborers - Type A Respect work procedures and deadlines Respect ISO standards and procedures Follow occupational health and safety standards Respect the general policies and regulations of the company Any other task required by this position Requirements Know how to read, write and count Be able to read measurements (imperial and metric) Be able to use a vernier or other measuring instruments Good manual skills Ability to work in a team Ability to work under pressure Punctuality Reliability Order and organization Positive learning skills Skills & Abilities Secondary V completed or equivalent Relevant experience an asset
