Duration: 8 months (while 8 months is strongly preferred, will consider 4 months for the right applicant)
Hours per week: 32-40
Rate of Pay (hourly): $20/hour with a raise to $21/hour after 4 months

We're seeking Biomechanical Footwear Assessors (Sales Associates) who can use their kinesiology background to deliver a memorable in-store experience that creates life-long customers. You take pride in an organized, welcoming, and well-curated retail space for customers to walk into. You understand the importance of a warm greeting, gaining an understanding of the customer's wants, product knowledge and attention to detail in the service you provide.
You go above and beyond when serving clients and are committed to finding the RIGHT products for a customer's specific needs. You know that when it comes to footwear selection, it is far from a "one size fits all". You are ready to utilize your biomechanics, exercise science, and human kinetics education and learn more about business.
You will…
- Work in a great learning environment to advance communication, problem solving skills, and apply your Kinesiology knowledge
- Deliver on our brand promise to provide personalized, informative, no-pressure sales experience in our store, and ultimately maintain customer service standards
- Assist customers in their selection of the RIGHT shoe(s) and assess their biomechanical needs
- Complete a sale from start to finish including sales process and point of sale
- Ensure customer happiness and satisfaction
- Participate in the store's organization and appearance
- Support inventory management and product ordering
- Work within a strong, dynamic sales team

- At ease with computers and technology
- Able to work during the week and on weekends, Full Time
You have…
- An understanding of Biomechanics
- Basic knowledge of shoes and common foot problems, or you'd be happy to learn it because - you guessed it -this role is all about finding the RIGHT shoe for every customer
- Retail or applicable customer service experience is helpful
