About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Shop Foreman to oversee daily operations in our workshop. This role requires strong mechanical knowledge, leadership ability, and excellent problem-solving skills to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily shop operations and assign tasks to technicians

- Provide technical guidance and support on mechanical repairs and diagnostics

- Ensure all work meets safety, quality, and time standards

- Review work orders, manage priorities, and coordinate workflow

- Train, mentor, and support shop staff as needed

- Conduct inspections and quality checks on completed jobs

- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop setting

- Communicate with management, parts staff, and customers regarding repair status





- Assist with hands-on mechanical work during busy periods or complex jobs

Qualifications:
