As a Software Engineer on this team within the Developer group, you'll build and extend the backend services and onchain contracts that power issuance, reserves, minting and burning, and rewards distribution for a rapid-growing roster of partners.

Build and extend smart contract functionality for minting, burning, and safeguarding custom stablecoin supply, working closely with senior engineers on design and security review. Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers to turn the stablecoin roadmap into shipped features every quarter. Write high-quality, well-tested code across both backend and smart contract surfaces. 2+ years of experience building and maintaining production backend services. ~ Exposure to writing, testing, or deploying smart contracts (Solidity or similar EVM languages), or demonstrated ability to ramp quickly in new technical domains with mentorship. ~ Utilizes generative AI responsibly,



maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality. ~ Demonstrates the ability to responsibly use generative AI tools and copilots (e.g., LibreChat, Gemini, Glean) in daily workflows, continuously learn as tools evolve, and apply human-in-the-loop practices to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in efficiency, cost, and quality. #Total compensation may also include equity and bonus eligibility and benefits (including medical, dental, and vision).
