The Opportunity

As a Software Verification Technician/Technologist working within our Engineering division, you will have the chance to apply your skills verifying and reporting on the software controlling our world-class products. You will build and run test suites, create automated frameworks, and produce and analyze quantitative quality data for our software.

What you'll do

Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the software verification technician/technologist role include:

- Creating and maintaining software test cases;
- Performing and documenting tests on a variety of hardware;
- Ensuring quality standards on test-related documents and processes, as well as developing processes when needed;
- Assisting with product software release.

What you'll need

Qualifications

- Solid understanding of software development;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills;
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team, as well as independently;
- Previous software/QA methodology experience an asset;
- Electronic technician/technologist or Computer Science qualification.
