Title: Sr Channel Sales Manager- Broker, Consultant and VAR
Location: Mississauga, Hybrid (in office 3 days a week)
About the Role
ADP is hiring a Sr Channel Sales Manager - Broker, Consultant and VAR .
In this strategic sales leadership role, you will lead the growth and performance of ADP's Broker, Consultant, and VAR channels. Through channel strategy, partner development, and sales enablement, you will drive revenue growth, expand market opportunities, and strengthen partner engagement. Collaborating with sales leaders and key stakeholders, you will execute initiatives that deliver measurable business results and accelerate channel success.
This role reports to the VP, Canada Sales and participates in ADP's variable compensation program
What You Can Expect on a Typical Day
- Drive Growth. Execute channel growth strategies that drive revenue, expand market presence, and increase partner engagement across Broker, Consultant, and VAR channels.
- Educate, Influence, and Enable. Equip sales teams and channel partners with the knowledge, tools, and training needed to maximize performance and growth.
- Build Strategic Partnerships. Cultivate strong partner relationships that increase engagement, expand market opportunities, and drive business results.
- Lead Channel Performance. Analyze performance, identify opportunities, and implement strategies that enhance channel productivity, partner success, and revenue growth.
What you'll do: Responsibilities
- Execute channel growth strategies that drive revenue, client acquisition, and market expansion.
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships across the Broker, Consultant, and VAR channels.
- Collaborate with Sales Leadership and cross-functional teams to support business growth and channel success.
- Deliver sales enablement programs, training, and best practices that improve channel effectiveness.
- Identify new partnership opportunities and expand market reach.
- Analyze channel performance and implement strategies that drive productivity, engagement, and results.
- Lead initiatives that strengthen partner relationships and support long-term growth.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to internal and external stakeholders, aligning strategy with execution.

Experience you'll need: Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of management, sales leadership, and/or channel sales experience.
- Proven success in developing strategic partnerships that drive revenue growth and client acquisition.
- Experience executing channel growth strategies and sales initiatives.
- Strong business acumen, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, influencing, and relationship-management capabilities.
- Ability to build credibility with stakeholders at all levels and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. The compensation for this role is CAD $156,310.00 - CAD $206,310.00 / Year.

*Actual compensation will not be less than the applicable minimum wage or minimum exempt salary requirement under federal, state and local laws.
In Ontario and/or British Columbia (where applicable), the range shown represents the expected total compensation, including vacation pay and commission at target. Commissions are based on several factors, including but not limited to individual targets and achievements, as well as company guidelines and plans.
