Sr. PM (Commercial/Buildings):

Reporting to the Operations Director / Construction Director / Project Director, the Senior Project Manager is an experienced construction skilled with business unit portfolio and client focus. The incumbent leverages the various AOEs to ensure proper execution of work and compliance with policy and management systems, and displays a broader and longer-term view of not only the portfolio as a component of the business unit, but also of broader company dynamics and how the goals of the business unit play into overall corporate strategy. The incumbent provides a single point of leadership on subcontracted work and on smaller scale self-perform projects, and may work in tandem with a Construction Manager or at least a senior superintendent to focus on craft needs, provide leadership in technical areas, and assure safety, quality, and productivity meet expectations.

- Salary range: $145-$195K
- 10-15 years progressive project management experience
- 100M+ project size (or portfolio management of multiple 50M projects)
- Fully proficient in all project KPI's and estimating/procurement, field management and project management.
- Fully proficient in contract, claims and conflict management skills.
