About Us

We are a growing mechanical contracting company specializing in plumbing and HVAC systems for residential and commercial construction projects. We are seeking a motivated and organized Project Coordinator to join our team and help oversee projects from start to finish.

This is a full-time, in-office position based in Richmond Hill. Remote work is not available.

Responsibilities

- Manage plumbing and HVAC construction projects from award through completion.
- Coordinate with suppliers, engineers, subcontractors, builders, and clients.
- Track project schedules, budgets, and material deliveries.
- Review drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
- Prepare and manage purchase orders and subcontract agreements.
- Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues.
- Attend meetings with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders as required.
- Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Maintain clear communication with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications





- 2–3 years of Project Coordinator and assistant management experience in the mechanical construction industry.
- Experience with plumbing and HVAC projects is required.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and project coordination.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively with engineers, suppliers, subcontractors, and clients.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word). Experience with project management software is considered an asset.
