You'll play a key role in coordinating the daily operations of our commercial restoration and reconstruction projects, helping ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A COMMERCIAL OPERATIONS SUPERVISORAs a Commercial Operations Supervisor, you are the link that keeps our operations organized and on track. You support project managers, field teams, and administrative staff by coordinating schedules, tracking resources, and maintaining documentation across multiple active projects. Each day, you review job progress, ensure safety standards are being followed, and help align teams toward shared goals. You collaborate with leadership to improve processes, resolve challenges, and maintain clear communication between departments. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality help ensure every project runs smoothly and every client receives exceptional service.QualificationsMinimum 2 years of experience in commercial operations, project coordination, or construction management,
preferably in disaster restoration/abatement or a related industryThe ability to travel across Ontario from site to siteStrong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesProficiency in Microsoft Office suite and comfort with project coordination toolsStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teamsUnderstanding of construction or restoration processes and documentation standardsProven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a quick-paced environmentPost-secondary education in construction, business administration, or a related field an assetIICRC certifications an assetValid driver's license and clean driving abstractAbility to travel when requiredAbility to complete work activities that may involve material handling, lifting, climbing, and the use of personal protective equipment including respirators, safety footwear, and other required gearWho We AreAt First Onsite, the work you do every day makes a real impact.
