A prestigious multinational company specializing in warehouse project management is seeking Temporary Full-Time Workers to assist with setting up a warehouse for one of the largest retail e-commerce companies. This is a 3-weeks assignment located in Stoney Creek, ON

Starting date: Monday August 17th

Assignment Duration: 1 day

Shift: 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM

Break: 1-hour unpaid

Pay Rate: $23.50 per hour

Responsibilities

- Use of arming drills, anchor drills, and rubber hammers.
- Moderate weightlifting and unpacking.
- Work with conveyers
- Bending work many times a day and moderate weightlifting.
- Some days of assembling boxes and weighing them.
- Measure and mark the floor with high-resistivity industrial tape.
- Long standing and walking periods
- Requires work in a crouched position.
- Installation of sticker-type signs and banners that require measurement and accuracy,

Requirements

- Performing work in compliance with safety procedures and the code of conduct
- Be willing to go through a background check and safety training
- Good sight and hearing abilities
- Be able to stand and walk for long periods and lift moderate weight
- Team player, able to cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
- Able to follow instructions and perform different general labor duties as assigned




- Must be committed to remaining at the job for the duration of the project
- Must be agile, responsible, reliable, who can keep up good attendance
- The worker is required to have: a high-visibility vest, hard hat, and steel-toe shoes (can be construction sport shoes, Reebok, CAT, etc.), long pants, preferably jeans, not leggings; and use clear backpacks.
