Staff Software Engineer

The Prospect

Our AI-forward, fintech client is looking for a T-shaped, staff level engineer with demonstrated thought leadership to solve complex technology challenges that directly impact DevX, product, performance, reliability, scalability, and customer experience.

This role is less about writing code and more about making sound technical decisions, simplifying complexity, and helping engineering teams deliver better outcomes faster.

- A technology polyglot and tinkerer with a penchant for looking at problems from different perspectives, ideating and scaling solutions or even finding incremental wins that compound




- ​​​​​​​Proven in delivering products from conception through scale, having worked across application, platform, and infrastructure
- Pragmatic about AI-assisted development tools and able to balance productivity, quality, and risk
- Someone who likes to collaborate, challenge and build on ideas, get excited to work with and even mentor like minded individuals
