Ltd. is looking for a Project Account Manager that serves as the primary point of contact for a client throughout the lifecycle of their projects, ensuring their needs are met while maintaining profitability and efficiency. This role bridges the gap between the client and internal teams, managing relationships, budgets, timelines, and deliverables.

The ideal candidate has a customer-first mindset and aims to deliver high-quality service in every customer interaction. What you’ll do: Client Relationship Management Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams.





Maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Act as a trusted advisor, providing tailored solutions.

Regularly update clients on project status, milestones, and risks.

Project

Planning and Execution Collaborate with clients to define project scope and deliverables.

Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.

Oversee project execution to meet quality standards and deadlines.

Address challenges proactively to ensure timely resolution.

Account Management

Focus on building long-term client partnerships.

Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.

Ensure accurate invoicing and profitability for client accounts. Collaboration with Internal Teams Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Provide clear direction to team members on client expectations.

Monitor resource allocation for effective project staffing. Reporting and Analytics Track project performance metrics, including budget adherence and client satisfaction.

Prepare post-project reviews to present insights to clients and leadership.

QUALIFICATIONS: Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Project Management, or a related field.

3-5 years of account or project management experience preferred but not required.

Industry-specific experience is a plus; training available for the right candidate.

Skills and Competencies Robust written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proven project management skills with budget and financial acumen.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiar with SAP Business One.
