Position Details

We have an exciting new opportunity to join our Edmonton storefront as a Store & Warehouse Associate!

We’re looking for an energetic, outgoing team player who’s a great multitasker and comfortable being cross-trained to work in our warehouse and on the sales floor. You will be the friendly face that helps customers find what they need, demonstrates products, and provides exceptional service while maintaining organized stock areas. Your proactive approach and organizational skills will contribute to a vibrant shopping environment and seamless warehouse functions.

What You’ll Do

When working the Store Front

- Assist customers with product inquiries, provide product demos, and identify upselling opportunities to enhance sales.
- Manage merchandise displays and ensure products are well-stocked, properly labeled,



and visually appealing.
- Operate point of sale (POS) systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling.
- Support inventory management by restocking shelves and monitoring stock levels on the sales floor.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store floor to ensure a safe, efficient shopping environment.
- Provide excellent customer service through clear communication, phone etiquette, and attentive assistance.
- Support product knowledge efforts by explaining the features and benefits of our barbering tools and equipment to customers.

When working the Warehouse

- Accurately audit and pack customer orders.
- Operate warehouse equipment efficiently and in accordance with safety protocols.
- Diligently verify, receive, and record incoming shipments.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness in the warehouse space to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in maintaining stock levels and conducting inventory accuracy counts.
- Coordinate with team members to fulfill orders and manage inventory effectively.
- Load and unload merchandise as needed.
- Adhere to safety and compliance standards in all operations.
- Undertake additional duties as needed.

What You’ll Bring

- Proficient verbal communication skills in English are required. Fluency in Arabic is considered an asset, as many of our customers speak Arabic — However, this is not required.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Punctuality, reliability, and keen attention to detail.




- A strong desire to acquire product knowledge and apply it to drive sales.
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn and improve.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Comfortable with physical work, including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Open availability on weekends.

Qualifications

- Previous experience operating point of sale systems is required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse setting is strongly preferred.
- Previous experience in retail sales or the hair/beauty industry is considered an asset.
- Experience in shipping and receiving is considered an asset.
