CONFIDENTIALLY SEARCHING FOR:

We are working with the hiring team of one of Canada's leaders within civil infrastructure construction.

We are looking for a Site superintendent with experience on MTO highway and bridge construction projects in the Toronto area. The project in question is 50% complete with another 2 years remaining on it and is a pivotal infrastructure projects in Ontario.

To be eligible for this role, you are experienced with no less than 3 MTO projects completed as a lead or assistant Superintendent,



have proven ability to manage sub trades and are strong with driving a schedule to achieve project milestones.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role will have autonomy on the project site and provide progress updates and work through any potential challenges that arise.

COMPENSATION RANGE: $105,000.00 – $130,000.00

LOCATION: Southern Ontario greater GTA

Requirements

SKILLS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Management of sub contractor

- Schedule management

- 3 and 6 week look a heads

- Financial oversight on the status of the project

- Oversee safety, quality of project and materials

- Responsible for achieving project milestones

- Contracts management

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Construction Management degree or diploma is preferred but not required

- 5 years or more in a superintendent role

- Knowledge of MTO contracts and construction methodologies

- Advanced knowledge of (MS Office, Outlook etc.)

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
