What You’ll Do
- Oversee day-to-day site operations for multi-family residential projects.

- Manage site staff, trades,



and subcontractors to deliver high-quality, on-schedule, and on-budget builds.

- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.

- Coordinate closely with development and project management teams to align construction with overall project goals.

- Maintain robust relationships with consultants, inspectors, and municipal officials.

- Mentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative, respectful site culture.

What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years’ experience as a Superintendent in multi-family residential construction (townhomes, mid-rise, or high-rise).

- Strong understanding of woodframe and/or concrete multi-family builds.

- Proven track record delivering projects from ground-up through occupancy.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

- Deep knowledge of safety practices, building codes, and construction sequencing.
