KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Success in this role will see the following achieved:
- Demonstrates proficient communication skills.
- Maintains a high degree of professionalism.
- Maintains full responsibility for online survey development and thoroughly reviews client materials.
- Delivers high-quality surveys in line with client materials.
- Works to resolve amendments during quality assurance/client testing phase.
- Meets programming timelines.
- Prepares surveys for deployment and sets up links to track progress in field.
- Resolves data issues in a timely and complete manner.
- Works with Data Processing to meet client delivery requirements, such as dashboards and specific data requirements.
- Spends time reporting and receiving information to and from their manager and continues to learn the latest technologies in the data collection field.
YOUR EXPERIENCE
The successful candidate for this role will be able to demonstrate:
- A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science or a related field.
- Expert knowledge of Forsta Plus (Confirmit) or another survey programming platform (e.g., Askia, Qualtrics) is required (minimum 3 years' experience). Experience with Decipher survey programming would be considered an asset.
- JavaScript, jQuery, and HTML programming knowledge.
- Python programming experience.
- Exceptional ability to multitask and balance multiple projects and priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills – both verbal and written.
- Commitment to accuracy and integrity, doing it right the first time.
- Ingenuity and a willingness to learn new techniques.
- Strong problem-solving skills, including an ability to “think outside the box”.
- Organized, self-motivated, and self-directed approach.
- Adherence to set processes and standards.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of React JS would be an added advantage.
- Experience working with online panel management.
- Experience of working with multilingual surveys.
- A valuable understanding of survey design and trends is advantageous (e.g. Conjoint, MaxDiff).
