The swag & gifts coordinator is ideally creative, reliable, and personable. He/she will be responsible for working with the clothing designers (or designing themselves!) to finalize drawings and order the apparel. Apparel includes conference planning team shirts and volunteer shirts.
The swag coordinator will oversee and manage the entire process, from initial design to order reception and invoice. In addition to the apparel, the coordinator will be managing and ordering all related items for the “swag bags”, that are to be distributed to all delegates. The coordinator will also work closely with the sponsorship coordinator to secure items.
Other necessary items such as: water bottles and gifts for speakers, wristbands, nametags, and the program schedule will also fall under the responsibility of the swag & gifts coordinator
