We are looking for an experienced BMC Remedy Systems Analysts for an AWARDED contract with one of our Government Clients located here in the NCR.

To b e considered for this role you will be required to possess the following skill set and experience

Must have recent experience on three (3) projects that dealt specifically with the upgrade, installation and integration of the BMC Remedy ARS and ITSM v 7.6.04 Suite. One of the projects must be version 9.0.00 or higher





Must have a minimum of ten (10) years’ experience as a system analyst.

Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience with BMC Remedy ITSM Suite, BMC Service Request Management and BMC Service Level Management as a System Analyst.

Must have experience at least 6 months of Configuration Management Database (CMDB).

Qualifications

Must have a successful completion of a post-secondary degree/diploma in Computer Science, Systems Engineering.
