We are looking for professionals committed to their growth and interested in long-term work in the industry as Farm Technicians in highly modernized facilities.
Note: This position is as an OPERATOR, not a supervisory role.
Main Responsibilities:
- Artificial insemination
- Farrowing assistance
- Animal treatment
- Castration and tail docking of piglets
- High-pressure facility washing
- Activity and treatment record keeping
- Movement of adult animals
- Manual feeding of animals
Working Conditions:
- Usual work hours: 5:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
- Average of 90 to 100 hours per biweekly pay period
- One day off per week
- Work locations: various farms in states such as Ontario, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Quebec among others
- Extreme weather conditions depending on the season (cold in winter and hot in summer)

Requirements
Requirements To be eligible for this position, a TN work visa for Canada is required. Therefore, it is essential to meet the following requirements:
- Be of Mexican nationality
- Hold a university degree and professional license in Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science, Agricultural Engineering, or a related field
- Possess a Mexican passport valid for at least 1 year
- Have a valid Mexican driver’s license

- Hourly wage: between $17.00 and $20.00 CAD
