Key Responsibilities:

- Leadership & Client Management:

o Act as a strategic advisor to clients, providing guidance on complex tax matters including compliance, planning, and restructuring.

o Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, identifying opportunities to expand services and enhance value.

o Lead, mentor, and develop a team of tax professionals, fostering professional growth and technical excellence.

- Technical Expertise & Compliance:

o Oversee the preparation and review of complex corporate, personal, and trust tax returns.

o Provide strategic advice on tax planning, risk mitigation, and compliance with the latest tax laws and regulations.

o Support clients with mergers, acquisitions, and other transactional tax strategies.

- Business Development:





o Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expand the firm’s client base.

o Represent the firm at networking events, industry conferences, and client meetings.

- Firm Leadership:

o Collaborate with other Partners to shape the firm's strategic direction, including practice development, operations, and recruitment.

o Stay informed on emerging tax legislation and industry trends to provide thought leadership and insights.

Qualifications:

- Professional Designation:

o CPA designation (required).

o Completion of, or enrollment in, the In-Depth Tax Course (strongly preferred).

- Experience:

o 10+ years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on tax.

o Proven experience in managing complex tax engagements and leading teams.

o Ability to think strategically and deliver innovative solutions.

o Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities.
