About the Company

Our client is a well-established, mid-sized manufacturing company with locations in Mississauga and Guelph. They’re looking for a skilled TIG Welder/Fitter to join their team in Guelph. This is a great opportunity to work with a passionate team in a clean, modern facility.

Training

Although this role is based in Guelph, initial training will take place at the clients company’s head office in Mississauga.

Your Responsibilities

- Lay out, fit, and fabricate stainless steel components
- Apply your knowledge of welding techniques, metallurgy, and fabrication requirements
- Read and interpret blueprints
- Build products according to engineering specifications
- Plan and complete full-cycle welding operations

Our Offer
- Competitive hourly rate: $22–$27,



based on experience
- Full-time, permanent position
- Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
- Weekly pay via direct deposit
- Advantages package after 3 months

Our Requirements
- 1–3 years of TIG welding experience using a foot pedal
- TIG welding on sheet metal (required)
- Experience working with stainless steel
- Fabrication environment experience (an asset)
- Laser welding machine experience (an asset)
- Ability to stand for extended periods
