Collaborate with management to meet legal and corporate standards, while leading a team dedicated to continuous safety improvements. This role is pivotal in shaping safety strategies that impact over 550 employees. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage Uline's safety program, policies, and procedures
- Collaborate with management to set safety goals
- Drive continuous safety improvements and compliance audits
- Lead and mentor Safety Coordinators in initiatives
- Partner with HR on worker’s compensation claims

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- 3+ years in warehouse safety program management
- First Aid and Material Handling Equipment certifications
- Provincial-level OHS experience preferred
- Environmental Health and Safety experience is a plus
