The transportation coordinator should be a quick thinker, a valuable negotiator, and (as a bonus) has past experience working with transportation (bus, coach) companies. We are looking for someone who understands the importance of timeliness and reliability and will put forth their best effort in ensuring smooth transitions between the hotel and events such as: the wine and cheese, nightly socials, case study location, and plant tour location. The transportation coordinator will work with the logistics team lead and will be a major point of contact for communication with the transportation companies.
