As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee large-scale environmental assessment and permitting programs, shaping client strategy, influencing regulatory outcomes, and delivering meaningful results for communities, industry, and the environment.

Your Impact Lead the successful delivery of large,



complex environmental assessment and permitting programs from initiation through closeout

Provide strategic oversight across scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, safety, and stakeholder engagement

Direct multidisciplinary teams, aligning technical, regulatory, and client objectives across multiple workstreams

Establish execution strategies, governance structures, and delivery frameworks to ensure efficient program success

Serve as the primary client relationship lead, managing executive-level communication, negotiation, and issue resolution

Drive strong financial performance, including forecasting, revenue planning, and margin optimization

Anticipate and mitigate strategic risks while advising clients on regulatory exposure and program impacts
