Industry: Multi-modal 3PL / freight brokerage. Full-stack — OTR, reefer/temp-controlled, intermodal, cross-border, customs. Company name withheld at this stage; disclosed to shortlisted candidates.

The Need: This company doesn't want another order-taker. They need someone who can pick up the phone, get past gatekeepers, and turn a cold list into a live pipeline — without someone standing over their shoulder.

The Role:

- Cold-call and pitch new prospects daily — this is outbound, not inbound
- Build and manage your own sales pipeline from first call to signed account




- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, not just chase logos
- Work directly with Logistics Coordinators to make sure what you sell actually ships
- Own your numbers — this is a hunter seat, full stop
