What You Bring
· The ideal candidate will have 2-5yrs of experience.
· Experience with and a love for surgery · Dental is a nice to have but not mandatory
· Flexible and adaptable to evolving veterinary practices and technologies.
· Capable of handling a variety of cases and situations with composure and professionalism.
· Relationships are important to you. You easily build strong and trusting relationships with clients, so they come back to see you repeatedly.
· Effective communication: You understand the importance of client relationship management and education in promoting animal health and can remain composed during challenging situations.
· Empathy for animals and their owners is a must.
· You work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment- Everyone on the team is important and has a voice.
