On behalf of our client, TEEMA is seeking a Vice President, Enterprise Risk for our credit union client. This is a senior leadership position responsible for providing independent oversight of the organization’s enterprise-wide risk management framework, while partnering closely with the executive team and Board to ensure risks are effectively identified, assessed, monitored, and managed.

Key areas of responsibility include:

- Leading and evolving the organization’s Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework
- Overseeing enterprise, operational, regulatory, compliance, AML, and financial risk
- Developing and maintaining the organization’s risk appetite framework, policies, controls, and governance practices
- Providing independent second-line oversight and constructive challenge to business leaders
- Overseeing AML/ATF compliance and regulatory requirements
- Monitoring emerging risks and ensuring appropriate mitigation strategies are in place
- Preparing and presenting risk reporting and recommendations to executive leadership and the Board
- Supporting regulatory examinations, audits, and remediation initiatives
- Developing risk metrics, KRIs, dashboards, and reporting to support informed decision-making




- Building a strong risk culture across the organization and partnering with business leaders to embed risk management into strategic and operational decisions
- Leading and developing the risk function and ensuring appropriate policies, processes, and controls are maintained

Salary/Rate Range: $143,446 – $179,308 + AMAZING Benefits!

Hybrid Schedule : 2 days on site and 3 days worked from home The ideal candidate will bring significant senior-level experience within enterprise risk, governance, compliance, AML, audit, or related risk functions within a regulated financial services setting. Experience within the credit union or broader banking sector would be particularly valuable.

We are looking for someone who can operate effectively at both the strategic and hands-on levels — someone comfortable advising executives and the Board while also getting into the details of risk frameworks, regulatory requirements, reporting, and controls.

What you will be doing:

- Provides enterprise-wide leadership in governance, risk management, compliance, and reporting
- Works closely with the Credit team through a dotted-line relationship to support oversight and risk management activities
