Lead the enterprise cybersecurity strategy, including security operations, awareness, and third-party risk. Develop and maintain a forward-looking cybersecurity program aligned to business priorities. Identify, manage, and report cybersecurity and IT risks to executive leadership.

Promote a “secure by design” culture across technology and business teams. Oversee enterprise security awareness and training programs. Work with regulators, law enforcement, and advisory bodies as needed.

Partner with Corporate Risk to align cybersecurity and IT risk reporting. Manage the department’s operating and capital budgets. Build, lead, and develop high-performing cybersecurity teams. Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. ~ 10+ years of senior leadership experience. ~10+ years in IT leadership, with a focus on cybersecurity or information security. ~ Proven experience designing and running enterprise cybersecurity programs. ~ Agile or Lean experience is a significant asset. ~ Solid executive communication and presentation skills,



with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with senior leaders, regulators, and external partners. ~ Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities, sound risk management judgment, and effective decision-making skills. ~ AGCO Category 1 Gaming Assistant Registration (Initiated at offer stage - employment is conditional upon obtaining and maintaining this license).
