As the Warehouse & Distribution Associate, you will contribute to Laura' success by ensuring that the daily functions relating to Supply, Visual and Marketing are done effectively and in a timely manner. This includes the proper distribution of all supplies to the stores and to Head Office as required. How will you support the team? Receive deliveries and verifies packing slips with purchase orders.

Place stock in the warehouse including pallet management within the supplies department. Print out stickers and bills of lading by region.

Check orders and prepare them before shipping as needed.

Ensure the cleanliness of the work area.

Efficiently prepare all required supplies for store openings. Advise the Supplies Foreman of any changes made to the daily scheduling,



including inventory ruptures.

Supervise the loading and unloading of transports when needed.

Receive deliveries for all departments and match the packing slip with the purchase orders.

Work closely with the Procurement and Construction Teams and provide support for any projects related to supplies.

A valid forklift license.

Strong attention to detail.

Thorough and able to work independently.
