The Warehouse and Logistics Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations at the site level, ensuring efficient, accurate, and safe handling of materials. This role leads the warehouse team across receiving, storage, inventory handling, and shipping activities, while supporting the broader inventory strategy and processes established by the Inventory Manager.
Operating in a fast-paced, construction and operations environment, the Warehouse and Logistics Supervisor plays a critical role in maintaining material availability, inventory accuracy, and site readiness. while operating in alignment with IREN’s Vision, Mission, and Core Values.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations, preferably in construction, industrial, or fast-paced operational environments.
- 2+ years in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
- Experience with inventory management systems or ERP platforms (e.g., SAP or similar).
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and material handling best practices.
- Proven ability to operate effectively in environments with evolving processes and limited structure.
