Compensation & Benefits

- $22.00–$27.00/hour, based on experience and certification
- Built-in raises: +$1/hr after successfully completing your 3-month probation
- Paid IICRC training — we pay for your IICRC WRT certification, and earning it moves you up the pay scale (+$1–$2/hr). The credential is yours for life.
- Overtime paid: 1.5x after 8 hours/day, 2x after 12 hours (BC Employment Standards)

What You'll Do

- Respond to water damage emergencies in residential and commercial properties
- Assess damage, identify the source of loss, and extract standing water
- Set up and monitor drying and dehumidification equipment
- Clean, disinfect, and apply mold-prevention treatments
- Document moisture readings and photos; report findings to your Project Manager
- Perform demolition/removal of damaged materials when required
- Deliver calm, professional service to customers on their worst day





What We're Looking For

- Valid BC Driver's License (Class 5) with a clean driver's abstract
- 6+ months restoration or related trades experience preferred — strong candidates without experience will be trained
- Physically capable: lifting equipment up to 50–75 lbs, working in damp or confined conditions
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently or in a crew
- Available for on-call rotation (approx. one week per month) and occasional overtime
- Legally eligible to work in Canada

Location & Schedule

Field-based across Greater Vancouver. Full-time, Monday–Friday plus on-call rotation.
