- Build AI agents to automate labor-intensive tasks
- Develop forecasting and scheduling models for demand management
- Evaluate and co-own WFM platform decisions with technical focus

Requirements:

- 6-8 years of operational experience in WFM or contact center
- 5 years designing end-to-end WFM solutions
- 3 years of AI and automation engineering experience
