POSITION PURPOSE The ideal candidate will embody a strong sense of calling to pastoral ministry, coupled with operational excellence and a joyful spirit. They will be able to recruit, inspire, and motivate teams of students and leaders, driving meaningful engagement and growth. A formal theological foundation is preferred. This role demands a leader who can follow the vision with practical implementation, fostering a vibrant community.

AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY

Leadership Development

- Develop and maintain a leadership pipeline for Middle School Youth leaders

- Discover, recruit, train, and deploy recent volunteer leaders

- Build relationships with leaders through regular encouragement, coaching, and appreciation

- Support student leadership development and engagement

Sunday Middle School Youth

- Coordinate and execute Middle School curriculum and teaching

- Recruit, develop, and support a team of competent, engaged leaders

- Expand middle school youth Sunday teaching to all services and campuses

Thursday Night Youth

- Oversee and execute Middle School aspects of Thursday Night Youth

- Coordinate both youth leader serve teams,



and student leadership teams

- Ensure high quality setup and teardown

- Support leader development within the Thursday environment

Student Space

- Oversee the development and expansion of student space

- Maintain a space that fosters warmth, hospitality, and community

- Create opportunities for missional reach to visiting students

- Love on and engage with students multiple times per week, forging new relationships and connections

Program Coordination + Admin

- Provide administrative support to serve team scheduling and communications

- Oversee smooth execution of check-in systems at youth events

- Oversee food purchasing, cooking, and coordination

- Provide administrative support to the Youth Pastor

QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree in Theology, Biblical Studies, Ministry, or a related field (completed or in progress)

- Experience recruiting and training volunteers

- Experience serving in youth or kids ministries

- Able to be accredited with the Christian & Missionary Alliance
