Reporting to the Crew Chief and the Maintenance Manager, the Aircraft Maintenance Engineer Apprentice’s primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, servicing, inspecting, repairing and performing mechanical maintenance to an aircraft before it is considered airworthy.

High level of respect, understanding and regard for First Nations communities Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities Perform Scheduled and Unscheduled maintenance on aircraft
Marshal and tow aircraft
Reconfigure aircraft interiors from passenger to cargo to medivac
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Perform additional duties as assigned Minimum Education, Experience and Certifications High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) equivalent
Must be able to obtain and maintain any applicable transportation security clearances and additional authorizations
Indigenous and Cultural Awareness Training considered an asset Working Conditions Physically able to perform all listed job duties
Travel by aircraft and other means as required by role
Work in a shop environment with full range of movement including, but not limited to, bending, sitting, standing, lifting to a maximum of 50lbs, pushing and pulling daily

Various shifts at a fast pace in order to meet service level requirements of the airline
