Skills

- Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse customer groups
- Proven experience in retail sales, especially in technology or related fields
- Solid technical sales experience with the ability to conduct product demos confidently
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening
- Basic math skills for cash handling, POS transactions, and pricing calculations
- Customer service orientation with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Effective time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Ability to upsell products tactfully while maintaining customer trust and satisfaction
- Knowledge of merchandising principles, POS systems, cashiering procedures, and retail operations
