Our private Club in Georgian Bay is looking for a capable and experienced Lodge/Swing Chef to start immediately. Experience in private lodges, resorts, clubhouses, golf clubs would be a distinct advantage. A flair for producing high quality meals to cover breakfast, luncheon and dinner for up to 22 guests is essential. Experience with game meats is a solid advantage. The shift pattern requires that you live 10 days on island, with 4 days off, with on island accommodation provided for you. This is a full time seasonal role running up to the 18th December 2026, with a guaranteed position for the 2027 season starting in April for and exceptional candidate. You will be the absolute professional, with integrity and a strong work ethic. You will be required to prepare staff meals and run the staff canteen 4 days out of your scheduled 10. Competitive salary, starting at $300 per day, plus gratuities and potential performance bonus.
