You will report directly to the Director of Ecology and EIA, facilitating integrated solutions for client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a dedicated team of wildlife professionals
- Ensure project delivery and client satisfaction

- Collaborate with Directors and Group Managers for optimal resource use
- Uphold safety, health, and environmental commitments

Requirements:

- Bachelor's in Biology, Ecology, or related field
- Minimum 8 years in environmental consulting
- Leadership experience in multidisciplinary teams
- Knowledge of Western Canada's environmental regulations
- Valid driver’s license and travel willingness
