In this role, you will support the VP of Human Resources and collaborate with line managers to address HR issues. Key responsibilities include full-cycle recruitment, implementation of HR initiatives, and employee engagement strategies. You will also develop policies, conduct investigations, and create reports to support management decisions.
Key Responsibilities:



- Provide HR guidance to management across all locations - Oversee full-cycle recruitment processes and ensure transparency - Implement initiatives to support organizational culture - Conduct employee investigations and prepare recommendations - Identify and address HR trends impacting company health
Requirements: - University degree or related business experience required - Minimum 6 years of experience in HR or related field - CHRP/CHRL designation is required or in progress - Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices - Experience in a unionized workplace preferred
