Responsibilities

- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the appropriate welding process.
- Operate welding equipment safely and effectively.
- Fabricate and assemble metal structures and equipment according to engineering drawings and specifications.
- Perform welding on various metals and alloys using MIG, TIG, and other welding techniques.
- Inspect welds for accuracy and quality, and make necessary adjustments to ensure work meets specifications.
- Maintain a clean and safe work workplace by adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Follow welding safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Welder or similar role.




- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
- Familiarity with welding tools and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy materials and work in various positions.

Preferred Qualifications

- Certification in welding from a recognized institution or apprenticeship program.
- Previous experience in (6 months-1 year).
- Knowledge of welding codes and standards.
