- Apply legislation to a variety of complex and individualized file circumstances.
- Provide information to stakeholders on the telephone and in writing.
- Focus on customer service and assisting Albertans with access to justice.
- Process registration requests, analyzing court orders to determine clients' eligibility for our services.
- Perform basic mathematical calculations.
- Review income tax information
