Daily tasks will include mobilization and demobilization of heavy equipment as well as vehicle and/or equipment maintenance.

Duties

- Safely, efficiently and responsibly operating the float and equipment




- Performing maintenance on equipment and filling out relevant paperwork as required
- Maintaining equipment and tools in good condition
- Assisting with additional daily operations of drilling and blasting while not floating equipment
- Following safe work practices
- Becoming familiar with all company Policies and Procedures

Knowledge / Skill Requirements

- Have a valid AZ driver’s license
- Have at least 3 years experience driving a float
- Experience loading and unloading heavy equipment is an asset
- Experience loading and unloading hydraulic rock drills is an asset
