Our client has undergone significant business changes and is seeking an experienced Inventory Analyst to join their team for a 6-month assignment. This individual will play a key role in maintaining accurate inventory records across multiple sites and ensuring data integrity throughout the process.

Working closely with the Manager, Accounting, the incumbent will be contributing as follows:

- Inventory G/L Account reconciliations
- Perform physical inventory counts across multiple locations (Candidate must have a car and be willing to drive in Ontario, as far as Ottawa)
- Collect and consolidate inventory data from various plants
- Update and maintain accurate inventory logs and records




- Identify and resolve discrepancies through thorough investigation
- Collaborate with operations and plant teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of data
- Support reporting and analysis as needed

Requirements

- Previous experience with Inventory Accounting and G/L reconciliations
- Extensive inventory experience, full cycle including physical counts
- Highly detail-oriented with solid organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with multiple sites
- Comfortable in a manual, hands-on environment with a mix of office and plant-based work
