- Operate farm equipment including tractors, sprayers, combines, grain carts, and loaders.
- Transport grain, fertilizer, seed, and farm supplies using trucks and trailers.
- Assist with seeding, spraying, harvest and grain handling operations.
- Perform routine maintenance, greasing, and minor repairs.
- Maintain a clean and organized shop, yard, and work area.
- Work extended hours, weekends, and holidays during busy season as required.
- Willingness to learn and work in a team setting.
