Seeking a Childcare Supervisor to provide support and direction for staff and children in residential services. Candidates must have at least some post-secondary education and between 3-5 years of supervisory experience. Key responsibilities include coaching Child Care Workers, ensuring policy adherence, and managing essential reports related to childcare operations and incidents.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise childcare staff and ensure children’s well-being
• Teach and orient new staff on procedures and policies
• Ensure all care plans and crisis management plans are current




• Manage staffing documentation and payroll submissions
• Lead mediation and conflict resolution processes when needed
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of childcare supervisory experience required
• Some post-secondary education completed is necessary
• Willingness to work shifts in a challenging environment
• Knowledge of First Nation principles is essential
