You will be responsible for analyzing and repairing PCBAs, utilizing your skill set to enforce IPC quality standards and address root causes of yield issues. Your engagement with Process and Design Engineering will facilitate essential improvements while working in a continuous improvement-focused environment. Key Responsibilities:
• Fix and analyze defective PCBAs following IPC standards
• Collaborate with SMT Engineering on corrective feedback
• Suggest improvements based on mode of failure reporting
• Assist in developing process enhancements with engineering teams
• Interpret blueprints, assembly drawings, and BOMs
Requirements:
• 2 years' experience in electronics manufacturing
• Diploma in Electronics Engineering Technology or equivalent
• Robust soldering expertise and troubleshooting capability
• Effective communication skills in English
• Experience in a Lean environment is a plus
