- 8-10+ years experience as a BSA in business analysis, requirement gathering, process optimization, workflow automation in financial industry - Corporate Cash Management / Global Transaction Banking (deposits & liquidity management, payments) - Billing workflow (pricing, fee calculation, dispute resolution, statements, accounting postings) - Solid and fluent communication, being able to communicate complex concepts with clarity - Strong Agile delivery – clear user stories, scrum ceremonies (scrums, refinement sessions, sprint planning, dev & QA collaboration, retros), acceptance criteria writing etc - Experience as lead BA role on project - Experience as BA on a greenfield project - Proven experience as an Agile BSA on Agile delivery project - Highly skilled at requirements gathering, future state design & writing functional solution specifications - Skilled at building workflows, process re-engineering and optimization, and data & process mapping Job Description
