The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and servicing heat-pump based heating and cooling systems in residential settings, while ensuring compliance with provincial safety regulations and manufacturer standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and perform installation and service of heat pump-based heating and cooling equipment
- Diagnose system issues, test components, and perform corrective actions
- Ensure all work complies with Safety NL, provincial codes, and industry standards
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong connections with homeowners through clear, respectful communication
- Foster a culture of education, growth,
and continuous learning
- Demonstrate leadership by helping shape the direction of the 1Click Corner Brook branch and contributing to building a solid, high‑performing team
Qualifications & Requirements
- Red Seal Refrigeration Mechanic License or Gas Fitter Certification
- Experience in residential HVAC service and installation
