Southern Health-Santé Sud is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse in Home Care in Steinbach, Manitoba. This term position is 0.5 FTE and in-person, with 7.75 hours daily and start date Aug 21, 2026, subject to collective agreement terms.

The role requires CLPNM registration, BLS, and a valid driver’s license. The successful candidate will work within a cooperative interdisciplinary team delivering patient‑centered home care across the region.
